Part-Time Discord Community Manager — Phone Repair Industry

We're building ---------- for independent repair shops, techs, and parts vendors. Our ---------- community is growing and we need someone who can keep it alive and useful.

What You'll Do:

— Show up in the ---------- daily. Welcome new members, start conversations, answer basic questions.
— Moderate discussions and keep channels organized.
— Post topics, polls, and updates when needed.
— Flag important member feedback to the team.
— Handle occasional small tasks (research, formatting, light data entry).

Requirements:

— Hands-on ---------- experience managing or moderating a server. Roles, channels, bots, community flow.
— Background in phone repair, mobile device repair, or consumer electronics. You need to understand the work. If terms like microsoldering, aftermarket vs OEM, or board-level repair mean nothing to you, this won't be a fit.
— Strong written English.
— You see a dead chat, you don't wait to be told. You handle it.
— Available to check in several times a day (doesn't need to be consecutive hours).

Bonus:

— Experience with MEE6 or similar bots.
— Familiarity with Right to Repair, parts sourcing, or the independent repair space.
— Any community management or social media background.

Details:

— Part-time. A few minutes spread across the day, not a full shift or be on the whole time.
— The role will grow as the platform and community grow and it takes up more time.
— Fully remote.
