Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent, long-term part-time role requiring 1 hour of work per day, 7 days a week.
Your main responsibility will be handling daily customer inquiries and ensuring our customers receive fast, friendly, and helpful support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer
Resolve customer issues regarding orders, shipping, and product questions.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone at all times.
Requirements:
Stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
High responsiveness and ability to check in every day.
Experience with e-commerce customer service (Shopify) is a plus, but we will train the right person.
