Part-Time Content & Ops VA (Scripting + Notion + FB Ads) for US Marketing Agency

We're a San Diego based video and digital marketing agency running done-for-you content and ad campaigns for medical and dental practices. We're growing and need a sharp, reliable part-time Content & Operations VA to take work off our plate.
This role is a mix of creative and organized. Some days you're scripting short-form video and ad copy, other days you're keeping our Notion boards clean and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you like variety and take pride in being the person who just gets things done, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing:

Writing and structuring content scripts for short-form video and ads
Drafting and organizing Facebook/Meta ad copy and creative briefs
Managing our Notion workspace (boards, tasks, SOPs, client trackers)
Light project management: keeping timelines on track and following up with the team
General content and admin support as we grow

What we're looking for:

Strong written English (non-negotiable for the scripting side)
Experience writing content or ad copy, ideally in marketing or agency work
Comfortable in Notion, or quick to learn it
Organized, proactive, and good at managing your own time
Bonus: experience with Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, or video workflows

Details:

Part-time, around 20 hours/week to start with room to grow
$5 to $9/hour depending on experience
Flexible hours with some overlap with US Pacific time
