About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented researcher to help us track and analyze competitors in the Australian e-commerce market. This is a part-time remote role — perfect if you’re looking for consistent, simple work with clear expectations.
What You’ll Do
? Research competitors in the Australian market using Google
? Log competitor data (pricing, products, positioning, store details) into a shared Google Sheet
? Keep entries clean, organized, and consistent
? Flag notable findings and trends as you spot them
Requirements
? Comfortable working with Google Search (this is your primary tool)
? Proficient in Google Sheets — data entry, formatting, basic organization
? Must have or be willing to set up a VPN (Australian IP required)
? Must be willing to install 2 Chrome extensions before your first shift (details provided upon hiring)
? Reliable internet connection
? Good attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
How It Works
? Trial week to start — we use this to see if we’re a good fit together
? If the trial goes well, this becomes an ongoing weekly engagement
? Pay is sent every Sunday via your preferred payment method
? Hours are flexible — just hit your 4 hours within the week
