I am seeking a high-level Cloud & Systems Engineer to manage, secure, and maintain a robust technical environment on a part-time, ongoing basis. This isn't just "tech support"—I need a proactive architect who ensures that security policies are enforced, systems are patched, and the network is seamless.

Phase 1 (Project): Initial audit and optimization of the current environment (~10 hours).
Phase 2 (Ongoing): Monthly maintenance, security enforcement, and patching. You will act as my "On-Call" MSP for rare emergencies and routine health checks.

Required Technical Expertise
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Advanced configuration, scaling, and management.
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID: Expert-level tenant configuration.
Microsoft Intune: Expert in policy creation, device enrollment, and application deployment.
Security: Solid experience with Microsoft Defender and Application Control.
Networking: Deep knowledge of Tailscale policy management and hardware router management.
OS Fluency: Seamlessly navigate Windows 11, Windows Server, and Linux environments.

Bonus: Experience with Proxmox virtualization.

Initial Project: Hourly rate to be negotiated based on your level of expertise.
Ongoing Retainer: We will establish a monthly "MSP-style" contract fee for monitoring, patching, and availability.
