We run two South Carolina real estate businesses — a manufactured-home dealership and a property investment operation — and we're looking for a sharp, self-directed assistant to own the systems that keep deals and leads moving. If you know GoHighLevel inside and out, you're genuinely fast with AI tools like Claude, and you take pride in building things cleanly, this is for you.

This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with flexible hours. You'll work independently, communicate clearly, and be trusted to run the back end of the business without being micromanaged.

What you'll do
Build and maintain pipelines, custom fields, forms, and smart lists in GoHighLevel across two sub-accounts
Design and troubleshoot automation workflows — lead intake, follow-up sequences, task assignment, appointment reminders
Write and refine SMS/email templates and snippets (and keep them compliant)
Keep CRM data clean and organized as leads and deals flow in
Use AI tools to work faster — drafting copy, building SOPs, troubleshooting — and bring that leverage to the whole operation
Document your work so the team can run and modify systems without depending on you being online

Who you are
Real GoHighLevel experience. You can stand up a pipeline, form, and multi-step workflow from scratch and explain why you built it that way. You know the difference between a tag, a custom field, a custom value, and an opportunity stage.
AI-fluent. You use Claude or ChatGPT as a daily tool, not a novelty. You prompt well, you QA the output, and you know where AI helps and where it doesn't.
Compliance-aware. You understand SMS basics — A2P 10DLC, quiet hours, opt-outs — and you don't blast leads at 2am.
Organized and self-directed. You prioritize well, communicate trade-offs, and make yourself easy to delegate to.
A clear communicator. You document what you build and leave things better than you found them.

Nice to have
Real estate, investment, or home-builder/dealership experience
Experience with Claude Projects, custom instructions, or connecting AI to tools (e.g., MCP / APIs)
Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, or e-signature tools

How we hire
Our process is fast and practical. After a short intro conversation, we'll send a brief hands-on skills exercise — a small, realistic build inside a sandbox GoHighLevel account (we keep it under ~90 minutes and respect your time). We care more about how cleanly you build, how well you use AI, and how you respond to feedback than about a perfect resume.
