Part-Time CPA (Remote)
Pay: 15,000/month (Independent Contractor)
Hours: Approximately 40-50 hours per month expected (flexible schedule, must overlap with U.S. business hours)

We are seeking a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in the Philippines to handle accounting across multiple related entities. This is a part-time remote position requiring a minimum of 5 years full-time experience, including public accounting and some experience as a managerial or supervisor.

Responsibilities:
The Royal Tot (Bar):
- Bookkeeping: Revenue, Expense, and Transfers Categorization
- Payroll processing
- Sales tax calculations (will explain)
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, Budget to Actual Analysis, etc.

Silverkey Realty / Make Ready Home Repairs
- Bookkeeping
- FP&A

Rental Properties:
- Rental Property Accounting

Owners:
- Personal Accounting

Requirements:
- Active CPA license (Philippines)
- At least 5 years full-time accounting experience
- At least 2 years full time public accounting experience
- At least 6 months experience as a supervisor or manager reviewing the work of others
- Ability to use Wave Accounting software
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently and proactively communicate
- Comfortable working on U.S. time zone hours on a consistent schedule

Preferred:
- Experience with U.S.-based businesses or clients
- Familiarity with bar, real estate, or service industry accounting
