Part-Time Amazon VA – FBA & FBM Operations (EST Hours)

We are an Amazon eCommerce company with two private label brands — one in Toys (FBA) and the other in Baby Products (FBM/Custom). We’re looking for an experienced Amazon VA to assist with operations and customer support.

This is a part-time position, with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance.
You must be available to work during New York (EST) hours.

Responsibilities:
Brand 1 – Toys (FBA):

Monitor and manage Amazon FBA inventory

Create FBA shipments (boxes & pallets)

Replenish stock and track levels

Monitor pricing, sales, and listing health


Brand 2 – Baby Products (FBM/Custom Products):

Confirm and process FBM orders

Create shipping labels and packing slips for our warehouse

Track and ensure on-time shipping

Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly

Organize and report complaints/issues to help us improve


Requirements:
Must have Amazon experience (FBA & FBM)

Strong written English (for customer service and reporting)

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work independently and take ownership

Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, basic spreadsheets, and shipping tools
