Part-Time Accountant

Hiring a Part-Time Accountant to join our team.
In this role you will be responsiblel for:
- Maintaining the books for 3 Property Management/Construction Businesses. (approx. 150 transactions total)
- Monthly Reconciliations of 6 Bank Accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Generating Weekly and Monthly Reports

The person hired will need to know:
- Quickbooks 2015
- Report Generation: Actual vs Budget
- Report Creation of Forecasted Cash Flows
- Monthly, Qtrly & Annual P&L and Balance Sheet maintenance
- Basic understanding of Fixed Asset Capitalization

We work in Quickbooks 2015, and our files are hosted on QBox. We will provide you a link for download.

Though this is a part-time role, we will need certain reports on specific days. Preferable end of week arriving either on Friday or Saturday to provide us an accurate reflection of the end of the week.
