Part-Time AI Optimization VA — Austin Real Estate Operation (Night Shift, CST Hours)

What this role is:
I run a commercial real estate operation in Austin, TX (Twelve Rivers Realty, Driftwood Business Center). I've built out an AI-augmented workflow stack — Claude with MCP tools connected to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Canva, Docusign, QuickBooks, and a custom platform called OpenClaw. The infrastructure is already in place. What I need is an operator who lives inside this stack every day and keeps the machine running.
This is not a generalist VA role. I am not looking for someone to schedule meetings and send invoices. I'm looking for an AI-native operator who can run prompts, iterate outputs, and turn raw inputs (my weekly Instagram Live show, emails, listing photos) into finished deliverables across multiple platforms.
What you'll actually do

Be my AI expert for all things AI related. My hope is that this position can help me create systems for multiple verticals.
Triage my Gmail inbox using Claude-based workflows. Draft responses. Flag anything that needs my eyes.
Prep listing launch packages: HTML email, PDF flyer, social captions, and coordinate with my photographer and agent colleagues.
Tune prompts when outputs drift. Tell me what's working and what isn't.
Help test and refine workflows in OpenClaw, Claude Projects, and connected MCP tools as we build them out.

Must-have

Native-level written English. This will be tested.
Demonstrated prompt-iteration experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. You must be able to show a before/after where you tuned a prompt to fix an output.
Willing and able to work a night shift on CST hours (11pm–3am Manila) long-term. I pay a premium for this. Do not apply if you cannot keep this schedule consistently.
Fast and fluent with Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and Canva.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for occasional Zoom/Slack huddles.

Nice to have (not required, but will move you to the top of the pile)

Real estate or US commercial real estate familiarity.
Experience with MCP servers, Claude Projects, Claude Code, or custom AI integrations.
Short-form video editing (CapCut, Descript, Premiere).
Base44, Lovable, or other no-code / vibe-coding app experience.
Copywriting for LinkedIn or real estate newsletters.

Paid weekly via Wise, Payoneer, or direct deposit (your preference)
Performance bonuses for ongoing quality and speed
13th-month consideration after 6 months of consistent performance
Opportunity to expand to full-time if the fit is strong
