Paralegal - Legal Researcher

I am looking for an experienced Legal researcher/writer: The job will entail Drafting agreements, demand letters, pleadings, affidavits, and various legal documents.

The job will be researching prior United Stated at the Federal level case decisions. This research will aid in developing a successful argument during mediation.

Familiarization and access to prior U.S. judgements is paramount. I am primarily seeking an experienced Legal Researcher: Conducting in-depth research on case law, jurisprudence, statutes, sentencing precedents, and utilizing legal databases as necessary. We can discuss the case further during the interview. If your work is respectable, I suspect this will be a 4-6 month minimum work assignment.
