We are a growing Singapore-led legaltech company with a remote team in the Philippines, helping internationally mobile individuals and families prepare estate-planning documents across jurisdictions. We are looking for a Paralegal to join our operations team and help manage court submissions and case completion.
This is a full-time remote role for someone with strong attention to detail, ideally with a paralegal, law degree, court, or compliance-related background, and availability to start immediately.
What you'll do:
1) Work closely with the legal operations team and coordinate with customer support
2) Own the court submission process from start to finish
3) Review each client's required documents prior to submission
4) Review wills to confirm signing instructions were followed before court submission
5) Make minor corrections (typos) to wills as requested by the courts
6) Manage, draft, and submit all necessary formal correspondence and communications with the relevant courts
7) Coordinate with clients throughout the court submission process
8) Schedule clients for court submissions and adjust the calendar as needed
9) Assist with day-to-day legal operations
-You should be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment where SOPs, internal systems, and AI tools are part of day-to-day work.
-The initial focus of the role will be on UAE-related cases, with scope to support additional markets over time.
-A paralegal background, legal training, or law degree is strongly preferred, but not strictly required.

-has very strong attention to detail
-is comfortable reviewing formal documents
-can follow SOPs and structured processes reliably
-is comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day work
-is comfortable communicating with clients
-can work hours with meaningful overlap with Gulf business hours
-is available to start immediately

Compensation:
USD 1,200 to 1,400 per month, depending on experience and fit.
