Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law. USA personal injury experience is strongly preferred. This full-time position focuses on discovery and drafting demand letters, requiring exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with personal injury case procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Prepare and write comprehensive demand letters to insurance companies, opposing counsel, or other relevant parties.
• Review and organize case files and other supporting documentation for claims.
• Assist attorneys in legal research as needed.
• Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals to ensure case progress.
• Utilize case management software to track deadlines, tasks, and case updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law; 3+ years preferred.
• Familiarity with USA personal injury procedures is highly desired.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and handling case documents.
• Experience with legal software and remote collaboration tools.
• High level of organization, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
