???? Hey, our future Paid Ads Specialist!

We're looking for someone to create, execute, and optimize lead-generation paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. You'll be the brain behind our ad strategies to generate leads and conversions.

Your Responsibilities:

???? Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop lead generation strategies for Meta and Google Ads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Possess proficiency in WordPress and other web platforms.

???? Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for improved ad creatives, copy, and targeting.

???? Budget Management:
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets across platforms and campaigns.
- Provide regular budget updates and forecasts for optimal resource utilization.

?? Ad Creatives and Copywriting:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.

???? Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate user-friendly weekly reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist with a focus on Meta and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in advertising tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledgeable in WordPress and other web platforms.
- Showcase a portfolio of successful paid ad campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of ad platforms, audience targeting, and ad creation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
