1-2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
Proven results (case studies or portfolio preferred)
Budget management – must have handled at least $5,000 in ad spend per month
Funnel building skills – understanding how ads fit into the customer journey
Scaling campaigns effectively while maximizing ROI
Cost control – knowing when to pivot or stop failing ads
Competitor research – staying ahead of industry trends
Meta Certification (a plus, but not required)
Other relevant courses or certifications
