About Us
We’re a fast-growing US-based media company offering unique subscription services, cutting-edge entertainment, and a range of consumer products. Our paid media operation runs across multiple platforms and we’re scaling our creative output fast. We test constantly, iterate on data, and push volume — and we need someone who thrives in that environment.
This is a fully remote, work-at-your-own-time role. Work is assigned via Wrike, so you control your hours as long as you hit turnaround deadlines.
About the Role
This is not a social media content role. This is not a branding role. This is a performance-driven creative role focused on building high-converting paid ads across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Display, X, Reddit, and CTV.
You will work closely with our creative strategists and media buyers to take concepts from brief to finished asset, fast and at volume. Your work will run, get tested, and directly impact revenue. If you have never created ads that have generated measurable results, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Do
Design high-performing static ad creatives optimized for paid media campaigns.
Edit short-form video ads including hook-driven cuts, UGC-style edits, talking head formats, and motion graphics
Produce high output consistently, targeting 10–15 original static creatives and 5–8 video ads per week
Create multiple variations and adapt each asset to platform-specific placements and specs
Iterate quickly based on performance data, A/B test results, and creative feedback
Collaborate with strategists on creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and audience psychology
Maintain an organized asset library and deliver clean, well-labeled source files
Stay current on platform trends, competitor creative, and emerging ad formats
What We’re Looking For:
Must Have
Proven experience creating paid ad creatives that have delivered measurable results (Hook Rate, View Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design
Strong portfolio of static and video ad creatives, ideally across multiple platforms and DTC or e-commerce brands
Solid understanding of direct response principles: hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, CTA structure
Ability to work at high volume without sacrificing quality
Strong written English, clear communicator, and reliable in a remote async environment
Nice to Have
CapCut or Canva as supplementary tools in your workflow
Experience with AI video tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Runway, or similar)
Prior experience in a performance agency or fast-paced in-house creative team
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and iteration based on live data
This Role Is For You If
You love making things and can put out quality work consistently
You think in terms of CTR, hooks, thumb-stops, and conversion, not just aesthetics
You’re hungry to grow and want your work to run on real budgets and move real numbers
You want to be part of a creative operation that’s scaling fast
This Role Is NOT For You If
You only work in Canva or CapCut and don’t have Adobe Suite experience
You’ve only created organic social content and have never worked on paid campaigns
You rely on templates and can’t produce original concepts from a brief
You’ve never worked on campaigns with real budgets and measurable KPIs
You need significant creative direction rather than executing independently
How We Work
Work is assigned and tracked via Wrike tickets, you manage your own schedule around deadlines
Creative briefs provided for each concept with clear direction and references
Feedback loop focused on performance improvement, not just visual polish
Data-driven mindset, you’ll be expected to understand and respond to what’s working and iterate on what's not working
To Apply
Send your resume, portfolio, and a short introduction. We want to see examples of paid ad creatives you’ve made, both static and video. If you have performance data to go with them, even better. Show us you understand what makes an ad convert, not just look good.
