JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of relevant details from CMS into CA website in preparation for submission, including necessary attached documents
- High attention to detail in reviewing entries for any and all possible mistakes
- Submit panels thru CA website
- Familiarity with law-related parties and terms is not required, but will most certainly help.
- Prioritizing urgent tasks and being able to triage work according to what should be completed first

We’re looking for someone who produces a high level of work with meticulous attention to detail. You will be given a certain amount of independence and responsibility to figure out what you need to do and to do it correctly.

Here are some specific examples of the tasks you’ll be handling:
- Submit a panel request via the California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) Online QME Form 106 Panel Request system promptly at a specific time. This timing is crucial to ensure our request precedes that of the opposing party.
- Meticulously transfer all relevant details from CMS to the government website, including names, dates, phone numbers, and other pertinent information. Ensure that the information is current and accurate.
- Correctly upload and attach all required documents from CMS to the gov’t website. Verify that each document corresponds to the appropriate case and is in the correct format.
- Carefully double or triple-check all entered details and attached documents before finalizing the panel request on the gov’t website.
- Ensure that the panel is accurately named, specifying the correct specialty (e.g., Orthopedics) and the date of issuance.
- Promptly assign a high-priority task to the attorney’s legal assistant to initiate the panel strike process without delay.

Thanks for reading this far! To apply, as the title of your application response, please write "Pacific Admin Solutions’ Rockstar”. Also please send me a video introducing yourself (can be a link to a loom or YT vid) briefly discussing the hardest challenge you have faced and how you overcame it (custom, non-template video please). Make the video under 2 minutes.

DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Takes Pride in Mastering the Details
You have an eye for detail. When you say your work is correct, it’s correct. You cross all of your T’s and dot all of your I’s. You will double (or even triple) check your work to make sure that you did it the correct way.

- Listens To Instructions
Double checking your work doesn’t mean anything if you didn’t follow the correct instructions in the first place. You will listen (or read) to the instructions given to you, making sure that you understand the task at hand. And if the task doesn’t make sense to you, you won’t be afraid to ask to make sure you do the job correctly.

- Does the Job Right
You find a sense of accomplishment in ensuring that you do the job correctly, as you were instructed to do. If you have a question during the onboarding or learning process, you aren’t afraid to ask in order to make sure you do the job right.

- Works Well Independently and on a Team
You are able to take on a task when you aren’t given specific instructions for every single detail involved, and can use a higher level understanding to assume responsibility for the work and make proper decisions. At the same time, you are able to work seamlessly with others - you can exercise empathy and teach a teammate that needs help, and show a growth mindset that is receptive to feedback when learning from others.

- Gets Stuff Done
You take charge and get stuff done! You know you can ask for feedback and resources, but you don’t make excuses. You have a passion and an internal drive to make things happen!

- Self Starter
You’re self-motivated, happy working on your own with minimal guidance. You don’t understand why some people just sit there when they haven't been told what to do.

- Thrives With Hard Work
Some people shrink when given a big project. Not you - you say “bring it on!” It’s just one more opportunity to prove what you’re capable of.

- Solves Problems
Reason, logic, and process is your zone of genius. Your friends are often amazed at how you find solutions so quickly, often before they even realize there's a problem.

- Growth-minded
You’re always learning, always growing. If you weren’t, life would be stale and boring.

- Takes Ownership
You love to be in charge, and you want more responsibility. You’re confident to say, “let me handle this.”

- You Do What You Say
If you say you’ll do something, you’ll do it. And if you can’t do it, you’ll say you can’t. (Why do some people make promises they can’t keep?!)

- Pleasure To Work With
Life’s too short to work with @ssholes. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who knows how to communicate with his/her coworkers.

COMPANY CULTURE
We're transparent; ask if something isn't clear, feel comfortable to express your difference of opinion. We work hard, we have fun, we believe in a fair work-life balance in the legal field.

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from around 32,000-38,000 PHP per month, for this full-time role (depending on a combination of skills, ability and experience). If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.
