We are seeking a motivated and resilient Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant with strong research and analytical skills. This role is remote but demands full-time, exclusive commitment to our company (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
Experience in online arbitrage is mandatory. We require candidates to have a proven track record in this field. Additionally, we provide free, in-depth training, including a full 7-day FREE training with access to the best courses in the market (valued at thousands of dollars) to help you refine and further develop your skills. Experience using Keepa is also mandatory.
THE ROLE
As our Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility is to identify profitable products for resale on Amazon. You will employ advanced tools, Keepa (mandatory), Seller Amp and Inventory Lab, to evaluate product criteria such as profit margin, sales rank, return on investment, and market trends. Your findings will form the foundation of our online arbitrage strategy and drive our success.
Candidates must be prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard the confidentiality of our business operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a Daily Sourcing Strategy: Create and execute a consistent plan to discover high-potential products.
- Conduct In-Depth Research: Explore online supplier websites and assess products based on profitability, sales data, and ROI.
- Utilize Advanced Tools: Apply essential software to analyze market trends, competitor data, and product viability.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Document and organize all sourcing activities and findings using Google Sheets.
- Analyze Market Trends: Continuously monitor consumer behavior and shifts in the market to refine your sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Team: Share insights and work together with colleagues to enhance our overall sourcing process.
REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
- Research & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive online research and analyze data effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Keepa is required; experience with Seller Amp and Inventory Lab is highly desirable.
- Time Management: Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to evaluating and recording product data.

THE OFFER
- Monthly Salary: Php 15,000.00 - 20,000.00, payable twice a month (Candidates with moderate proficiency in the required tools are placed at the lower end, while those with demonstrated online arbitrage experience and advanced proficiency receive the higher range).
