Steadfast Rehabilitation Services is a growing healthcare staffing company specializing in therapy staffing solutions for Home Health Agencies. We connect PTs, OTs, SLPs, and healthcare organizations with flexible, reliable rehabilitation staffing support.

We are currently looking for an experienced Indeed Expert who can help improve recruitment performance, optimize job visibility, increase qualified applicant flow, and support hiring growth across multiple markets.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Indeed Expert to manage and optimize our Indeed recruitment campaigns and hiring performance. The ideal candidate understands Indeed's best practices, sponsored job optimization, and healthcare
staffing recruitment strategies, candidate funnel management, and conversion-focused job posting techniques.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience generating high-quality applicants while lowering cost-per-applicant and improving hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities
? Create, optimize, and manage Indeed job postings
? Improve job visibility and applicant conversion rates
? Optimize sponsored job campaigns and budgets
? Conduct keyword research for Indeed SEO and ranking
? Write high-converting job descriptions and titles
? Monitor job performance metrics and recommend improvements
? Reduce cost-per-click and cost-per-applicant
? Improve candidate quality and response rates
? Assist with recruitment funnel optimization
? Analyze hiring campaign performance and provide reports
? Recommend strategies to increase therapist applications
? Help improve employer branding on Indeed
? Coordinate with our recruitment and marketing team

Qualifications
? Proven experience managing Indeed recruitment campaigns
? Strong understanding of Indeed algorithms and sponsored jobs
? Experience with healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment preferred
? Experience generating qualified applicants at scale
? Strong copywriting and job post optimization skills
? Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
? Ability to analyze campaign metrics and improve ROI
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Self-motivated and results-driven
