We're a digital marketing agency specializing in med spas and aesthetic clinics, managing paid search across a portfolio of roughly 20 active accounts. We have copywriters, designers, and developers in-house, so this role is focused purely on ad buying and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day account management and monitoring
- Campaign structure and build-outs
- Keyword research and selection
- Negative keyword list creation and ongoing maintenance
- Search term report reviews
- Competitor term strategy (when to bid, when to block)
- Bid management and budget pacing
- Audience targeting and exclusions
- Conversion tracking setup and validation
- GA4 integration and event verification
- UTM parameter setup and QA
- Cleaning up junk or duplicate conversion actions
- Regular account audits across the portfolio
- A/B testing of ad variations (using copy/creative from our team)
- Landing page recommendations (built by our developers)
- Quality Score monitoring and improvement
- Performance reporting and written client updates
- Proactive flagging of issues (tracking breaks, pacing problems, performance drops)
- Staying current on Google Ads platform changes and best practices
What this role does NOT include:
- Writing ad copy (our copywriters handle this)
- Designing display ads, banners, or creative assets (our designers handle this)
- Building or developing landing pages (our developers handle this)
- Client-facing sales calls or pitching new business
- SEO work
- Social media ad buying (Meta, TikTok, etc.) unless specified later

- Running client meetings solo (you'll brief the account lead instead)
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on Google Ads management, ideally agency-side
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong GA4 knowledge
- Comfort with conversion tracking, tag setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Clear written communication
- Honest reporting,
Nice to have:
- Med spa, aesthetics, or healthcare vertical experience
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms
