Position Overview
We are seeking a PPC Ads Specialist to oversee and manage the daily operations of our PPC (Pay-Per-Click) division. This is a key role focused on ensuring smooth task management, campaign execution, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Ads and PPC platforms, is highly organized, and has experience managing both people and processes in a digital marketing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the PPC team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with company goals.
Oversee task assignments and monitor team workflows for effective resource management.
Track key performance metrics across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and social ad platforms, and share regular updates with senior leadership.
Conduct regular audits of PPC campaigns to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Support the team by addressing operational challenges and coordinating across departments as needed.
Keep all PPC processes and documentation up to date, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing operations, with a focus on Google Ads and PPC management.
Familiarity with multiple PPC platforms, including Google Ads, LSA, Meta
Experience with advanced features such as Performance Max campaigns, negative keyword management, and conversion tracking.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable with analyzing campaign data and creating performance reports.
Experience using CRM and task management tools such as
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with high-CPC campaign strategies and geo-targeted bidding.
Knowledge of tools like SEMrush or SpyFu for competitor analysis.
Experience optimizing landing pages in collaboration with designers or developers.
Familiarity with call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail, WhatConverts) and understanding of lead quality evaluation.
