JOB OVERVIEW

Must use 15 apply points to be considered plus must have 2+ years of PPC management experience.

We are looking for a Google Ads PPC Specialist who actively works inside accounts, implements changes, and improves.

digging into search terms
adding negatives
adjusting bids
optimizing conversions
restructuring campaigns
writing strong ad copy
improving Quality Score and actually making things better…

people who just “review” accounts
people who bill for Slack messages
people who send reports instead of making improvements
people who rely on ChatGPT for all their PPC decisions
people who inflate work hours without real change history

We want someone who executes, not just analyzes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will manage Google Ads for multiple clients across different industries. Tasks include:

Weekly Execution

Running weekly optimization cycles for each account

Adding/removing keywords

Reviewing search terms + adding negatives

Improving routing and traffic quality

Testing new RSA ad copy variations

Adjusting bidding strategies

Improving conversion tracking accuracy

Fixing URL paths + ad-to-page alignment

Monthly account cleanup

Lowering CPC and increasing conversions

Reporting (simple + high-level)

No fancy reports. No long PDFs.
Just simple communication + proof of execution.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

2+ years managing Google Search Ads (minimum)

Proven experience managing multiple accounts

Ability to show real Google Ads change history

Strong understanding of match types, Quality Score, CPC levers

Experience with conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, website forms). While we do have a tracking expert on our team, it is always helpful to have someone who knows the ins and outs from the PPC side of things.

Experience with lead gen, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns

Ability to analyze performance and take action

Excellent English communication

Clear organization and reliable work ethic

Bonus points if you have experience with:
