JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and analytical PPC Advertising Expert to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
This role demands a blend of data-driven decision-making, creative testing, and strategic optimization to maximize ROI and brand visibility. The ideal candidate understands both marketplace algorithms and consumer behavior—capable of driving traffic, conversions, and sustained profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Walmart Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
• Manage Walmart Connect ads including search, display, and retargeting.
• Continuously analyze keyword performance, bids, and budgets to improve ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS.
• Implement strategies for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and liquidation campaigns.
• Monitor category trends, competitor ads, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
Social Media & Paid Traffic
• Develop and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns to support brand awareness and conversion goals.
• Build and test creative variations for audience segments using dynamic ad formats, video, and carousel creatives.
• Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand voice and product positioning.
• Implement pixel tracking, conversion events, and retargeting funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track, measure, and report daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights using tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Maintain clear documentation of testing outcomes, ad structures, and learnings for continuous improvement.
• Forecast advertising spend and ROI based on historical performance and growth goals.
Collaboration & Strategy
• Partner with the content and design teams to ensure compelling, conversion-focused creatives.
• Work with product and inventory teams to coordinate ad pacing with available stock and seasonality.
• Advise leadership on marketplace advertising trends, new ad types, and emerging automation tools.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Amazon required; Walmart & Meta preferred).
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, scaling profitable campaigns, and managing high-budget ad accounts.
• Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI-driven ad tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue, Intentwise, or Klevu) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate data into strategy.
• History of working with strong USA based brands
