Role Summary

Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager responsible for defining solutions and executing delivery of said solutions. This role also brings hands-on capability in Microsoft Power Platform, enabling the resource to not just document solutions but help build and automate them.

Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and work packages.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Run project meetings, capture decisions and action items, and follow through on them.
- Track project status and produce clear, concise reports for leadership.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
- Develop Power Apps and Dataverse solutions to support operational needs.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for project and business visibility.
- Define and develop SOPs, playbooks, and project plans.

Required Skills
- Foundational understanding of agile delivery principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (preferably Power Automate)
- Knowledge of the structure of information systems
- Proficient in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.


Preferred Skills
- Python scripting for data manipulation or automation.
- Proficient in Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Power Apps/Dataverse
- Previous use of HubSpot CRM (specifically Sales Hub)
- Project Management or Business Analysis certifications.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying data from databases.
- Proficiency in Business Process Modeling (BPMN2) for process documentation.
