Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our growing insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance operations, customer service, administrative support, and executive assistance.

Experience with commercial lines and quoting is also preferred, especially for candidates who are flexible and willing to assist with administrative tasks as needed.

This role requires someone who can independently manage quoting, policy servicing, client communications, carrier interactions, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Personal Lines Insurance Support
Quote new business and remarket existing policies
Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals
Handle mortgagee requests and evidence of insurance (EOI) requests
Process a ---------- reports and claims-related documentation
Follow up on underwriting requirements and policy documents
Assist with policy servicing and account maintenance
Navigate carrier portals to obtain quotes, process changes, and retrieve policy information

Commercial Lines Support Preferred
Assist with commercial lines quoting and submissions when needed
Support carrier portal navigation for commercial insurance markets
Help gather client information and documentation for commercial risks
Assist with administrative follow-ups related to commercial quotes and submissions

Client Communication
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Contact clients regarding billing issues and payment reminders
Follow up on missing documents and underwriting requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and policy support
Assist clients with policy inquiries and service requests

Administrative & Executive Support
Manage emails and agency communications
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Update agency management systems and CRM records
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks
Support agency leadership with operational and executive-level administrative tasks
Be flexible and willing to assist with additional administrative duties as needed

Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience
Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency preferred
Strong administrative or executive assistant background
Experience handling customer service calls and client communications
Experience with quoting and policy servicing

Preferred Experience
Commercial lines insurance experience
Commercial lines quoting and submissions experience
Ability to support both insurance-related and administrative tasks
Experience working with U.S.-based insurance agencies
Required Software Experience

CRM and agency management systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace
Carrier Experience Preferred
