Founded in 2006, Property Webmasters is a global leader in property marketing solutions, serving prestigious estate agencies and property portals worldwide. We currently dominate the European market and have ambitious, exciting plans to expand our reach globally.

We’re growing our development team and are looking for a skilled PHP Web Developer to join us in building high-impact projects alongside our in-house creative team.

The Role:
You will work collaboratively on major client projects, taking shared ownership of both front-end and back-end development for new and existing web applications. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise, solve challenging problems, and continuously grow your skills in a supportive, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications
- Collaborate closely with designers and other developers
- Integrate third-party APIs and aggregate feeds
- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to web standards

Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert-level experience with Laravel and WordPress development
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (including Vue.js or React)
- Solid experience with MySQL (database design and optimisation)
- Proficiency in Git and modern deployment workflows
- Experience working with APIs, XML feeds, and online aggregate data sources
- Good understanding of jQuery, W3C/WAI accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Proven track record of building commercial websites

Desirable Skills:
- Creative mindset with experience in Figma and Adobe softwares.
- Knowledge of server maintenance, security best practices, and internal networking
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques
