PHP / Laravel Software Developer with API Experience

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our growing team as a PHP / Laravel Software Developer with strong API integration experience. Responsibilities include:

• Building PHP-based web platforms for our clients which interface with either MySQL or Microsoft SQL databases.
• Updating existing PHP-based web platforms for our clients with new functionality, including platforms developed in native PHP, Laravel and Nuxt.js.
• Connecting PHP-based platforms with third party tools via their APIs.
• Building and maintaining scheduled data sync tools, webhook listeners, API polling jobs and integration scripts.
• Working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API keys, pagination, rate limits, error handling and logging.
• Technical support for bugs/errors identified in existing client PHP-based web platforms and API integrations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PHP development, Laravel, third-party API integrations, and either MySQL or Microsoft SQL databases. The ideal candidate will also have an attention to detail, the ability to complete tasks on time, a stable internet connection, and strong written English communication skills.

Full time, part time or contract based will all be considered based on your preferences. Immediately upon hiring, we honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. After your 6-month probationary period, you will also qualify for vacation leaves, sick leaves, and 13th month.
