PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST

We are currently hiring 03 experienced Paid Media Specialists to manage and optimize international digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across:
Google Ads

Facebook Ads
TikTok Ads
Monitor and improve campaign performance based on KPIs such as:
ROAS
CPA
CPL
Conversion Rate
Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with Content, Design, and Marketing teams to execute effective campaigns.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and monitor advertising trends.
Propose strategies to improve campaign performance and scale advertising efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing:
Google Ads

Facebook Ads
TikTok Ads
Previous experience working in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry is required.
Experience handling medium to large advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and data-driven optimization skills.
Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
Google Ads Certification
Meta/Facebook Blueprint Certification
Must possess a valid international English certification, such as:
IELTS
TOEIC
TOEFL
or equivalent
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
