We are a fast-growing SEO and e-commerce company in the health and wellness space, managing multiple successful online brands. We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in scaling paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong experience in budget management, audience targeting, keyword research, ad creative testing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. The role requires continuous monitoring of performance metrics and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency (CPL/ROAS). Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing page alignment
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs
Perform continuous A/B testing on ads, audiences, and campaign structures
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Identify scaling opportunities and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure high-performing creatives and messaging.
Leverage hands-on experience with platform algorithms and ad compliance to optimize campaign performance while ensuring strict adherence to advertising policies, platform guidelines, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, including attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new advertising platforms, AI tools, and evolving digital marketing systems, with a proactive approach to staying updated on and exploring emerging industry trends.
Experience using CRM, tracking tools, analytics, and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, conversion tracking)
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and scaling campaigns
Knowledge of creative strategy for paid ads (hooks, angles, ad copy frameworks)
Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, reporting dashboards, or workflow software to improve marketing operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) improvement and consistency
Click-Through Rate (CTR) optimization across campaigns
Conversion Rate improvement from paid traffic
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) efficiency
Campaign scaling performance without loss of ROI
Accuracy and consistency of reporting insights
