Overflow Call Answering Team

We are a small physical therapy clinic seeking a virtual receptionist team or agency to provide overflow phone coverage during business hours (10:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), for the next 2-4 weeks, until we get an ai system in place.

The role is extremely simple:

* Answer calls only when our front-desk secretary is unavailable
* Politely inform callers that the secretary is currently assisting other patients
* Take the caller's name, phone number, and reason for calling
* Send the message to our office for follow-up

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills
* Friendly and professional demeanor
* Reliable coverage during business hours
* Ability to provide backup coverage if one team member is unavailable
* Experience with medical offices is a plus but not required
