Outreach Specialist - Influencer Marketing

We are a growing influencer agency that connects top female creators with leading brands. We’re looking for a results-driven Outreach Specialist to help expand our brand partnerships and secure new opportunities for our creators. This role will start as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential brand partners for creators
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with brand contacts.
Track outreach efforts and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:
Strong written communication and sales skills.
Experience in influencer marketing, sales, or brand partnerships (preferred).
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
