Outbound and Inbound Land Sales Consultant

The ideal person I am hiring will be making outbound and taking inbound calls for persons wanting to sell their land, or home. They will be gathering facts needing to make an offer, so an offer can be sent to them via email, or mail if needed and then following up with them through out the closing process. The person needs to be friendly, personable and organized. The job will start as part time and as volume increases or demand is need can expand to full time hours, based on what tasks are being taken in addition to the phone calls. Being articulate on the phone is a must.
I would like to make this a long term relationship, as my business grows your position will grow as well as your pay with bonuses based upon conversation, and closings.
