This is a full-time remote Outbound Sales Representative at SCS Circuit. The Sales reps will be responsible for calling leads, ensuring excellent conversation, driving sales, and managing sales activities.
We are a growing company supplying PCB and custom electronic parts to EU and US customers.
Primary Objective: Book qualified B2B meetings via high-volume phone outreach.
Fluent, accent-neutral English matching the target market region.
High vocal energy, clarity, and professional phone presence.
Active listening skills to identify pain points mid-conversation.
Ability to sound natural, conversational, and non-scripted.
Thick skin to handle constant rejection without losing enthusiasm.

Required
1–2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing.
Proven track record of hitting meeting-booked or talk-time KPIs.
Experience navigating gatekeepers to reach C-level decision-makers.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Prior experience in the specific target industry (e.g., Tech, Logistics).
Experience working in remote teams across different time zones.
