Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making outbound calls, and enjoys building relationships that convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and
Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Accurately track interactions and sales progress in a CRM system.
Stay up to date on industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (preferred but not required).
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Knowledge of sales automation tools and best practices.
Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth sales environment.
