Outbound Sales Rep (Remote, Philippines):
-ScoutStack is an AI-powered sales platform for home services pros (solar, roofing, HVAC). We surface real-time buying signals like storm damage, aging roofs, permit history, and solar installs so reps find ready buyers instead of stale lists. We're hiring a remote outbound sales rep to reconnect with warm leads, share our new free plan and pricing, and book demos or drive self-serve signups.

What you'll do:
- Cold call and follow up with leads in our CRM
- Pitch the product clearly and handle objections on the fly
- Book qualified demos and push free signups
- Log every call and outcome accurately

What we're looking for:
- Excellent spoken English, clear and natural
- Real sales skills and genuine enjoyment of talking to people
- Comfortable cold calling for hours and willing to do it
- High energy, enthusiastic, and coachable

Pay:
- $8/hr plus commission on bookings and signups. Fully remote, Philippines-based.
