Outbound Sales & Partnerships Rep — US Market (Night Shift, Full-Time, Remote)

We sell an AI receptionist that answers calls for US tradespeople — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, contractors — so they stop losing jobs to missed calls. We're looking for ONE versatile outbound operator who can do three things well:

- Cold call US trade businesses to book demo appointments (this is the core of the job).
- Reach out to potential partners — software companies and service providers that already serve tradespeople — to set up referral deals.
- Find and contact creators on YouTube and TikTok in the "trades business" niche to set up affiliate/sponsorship conversations.

You won't be writing the overall strategy alone — we'll build the target lists and the offer together. But you will own the outreach: research, pitch, follow up, and book the calls.

This is a night-shift role. Our customers are in the US, so you'll work US business hours (roughly 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila time). Please only apply if you genuinely want night shift and have done it before.

What you'll do day to day

1. Make cold calls to US trade businesses and book qualified demo appointments
2. Send personalized outreach (email/LinkedIn/DM) to potential partners and creators
3. Follow up consistently and track everything in a CRM
4. Handle objections and rejection without losing ---------- ntum
5. Report your numbers weekly (calls, connects, meetings booked, replies)

What we're looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English, neutral or American-leaning accent
- Real experience doing US-market outbound (SDR, appointment setting, or business development)
- Comfort speaking business-to-business — you can hold a credible conversation with a business owner, not just read a script
- Bonus: experience with partnerships, affiliate outreach, or agency/biz-dev work
- Familiarity with a CRM and a dialer
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet (please state your speed)

Compensation

$850/month base plus per-booked-meeting and per-close bonus. Strong performers earn $1,000+/month total.
