We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales & Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
? Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

Contact warm leads and potential clients via calls, emails, and SMS.
Educate prospects on credit repair services and convert them into paying clients.
Overcome objections and close sales using a proven script.
Maintain and update CRM with client details and follow-ups.
? Credit Repair Processing & Dispute Management

Analyze credit reports and identify negative items affecting the client’s score.
Process disputes with credit bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors.
Communicate with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
Ensure all credit repair actions comply with legal and ethical standards.
? Customer Support & Relationship Building

Provide top-notch service to retain clients and encourage referrals.
Answer client inquiries and guide them through the credit repair journey.
Stay up to date with credit repair laws, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
???? Proven experience in credit repair sales & processing (at least 1 year).
???? Strong outbound sales & closing skills.
???? Knowledge of credit repair software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeBee) is a plus.
???? Familiarity with dispute processes for Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
???? Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
???? Ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
