Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to mobile home property owners in the U.S. using a structured agent script
2. Engage property owners professionally, build rapport, and assess their motivation to sell.
3. Familiar with ReadyMode and GoHighLevel to manage call lists, log interactions, and track lead statuses.
4. Qualify potential sellers based on specific criteria and accurately dispose of leads within the CRM.
5. Can report to an 9-hour shift with an hour lunch break, EST and a good team player
5. Communicate key insights from conversations to the team during weekly meetings for follow-up and decision-making.
