Outbound Client Executive (Coffee Industry, Commissions)

Company Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Sales Representative and be a part of a thriving coffee roasting business. We're dedicated to delivering high-quality roasted coffee to cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants, and we're looking for a charismatic individual to help us expand our wholesale customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipedrive CRM Management:
Utilize Pipedrive CRM to manage leads and track sales activities efficiently.
Maintain detailed notes on each call and interaction with potential customers.

2. Sales Outreach:
Conduct outreach via emails and phone calls to businesses such as cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants.
Make 30-50 calls per day and craft personalized emails to 50-70 businesses daily.
Engage with potential leads on Facebook and Instagram to build relationships and warm them up.

3. Lead Research & Market Analysis:
Conduct research to identify potential leads in the target market.
Analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies.

4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management:
Schedule follow-up activities to nurture relationships and close deals.
Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

5. Quota Achievement:
Deliver on sales targets and quotas consistently.
Benefit from a commission-based structure with no cap on earnings.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills:
Must have an impeccable English accent.
Possess a likable, peppy, and charismatic personality that engages prospects.

2. Sales Experience:
At least 3 years experience in outbound sales via phone and email.
Proven track record in the food and beverage sector is a plus.

3. References:
Must provide at least one work reference from a previous employer.
