**Job Overview:**
We are hiring a **high-performance outbound calling Virtual Assistant** to help grow our insurance agency.
This role has two main responsibilities:
1. **Recruiting agents** (PRIMARY) – calling leads and setting them for a **Career Overview**
2. **Client appointment setting** (SECONDARY) – calling seniors who requested life insurance information
This is a **high-volume outbound calling role**. You must be confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make **80–150 outbound calls per day**
* Call **agent leads (licensed & non-licensed)** and schedule them for a **Career Overview call**
* Clearly and briefly explain the opportunity and create interest
* Call **client leads (seniors)** and set appointments for licensed agents
* Send SMS follow-ups and confirmations
* Reduce no-shows by confirming appointments
* Update CRM with accurate notes and call outcomes
**What You Will Be Setting:**
* **Agents ? Career Overview appointments**
* Licensed agents (ready to produce)
* Non-licensed individuals (interested in getting licensed)
* **Clients ? Appointment with licensed agent**
**Requirements:**
* **At least 1 year of outbound calling or appointment setting experience (REQUIRED)**
* Comfortable making **80–150 calls per day**
* Clear, confident English speaking voice
* Ability to handle objections and keep calls efficient
* Comfortable speaking with both **agents and senior clients**
* Reliable internet + quiet work environment
* Available to work **U.S. EST hours**
**Compensation:**
* **$500/month base salary**
* **$2 per appointment set**
* **$4 per appointment that shows**
**Performance Bonus:**
* Additional bonus for high-quality candidates (agents who show strong interest or move forward)
**Expected Earnings:**
* Most VAs earn **$800 – $1,400+ per month** based on performance
**Preferred Experience (Bonus):**
* Insurance or final expense industry
* Recruiting or hiring calls
* Experience with warm or aged leads
* CRM and SMS tools (Twilio preferred)
