Outbound Caller - Car Dealership Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Caller to engage with potential candidates, clients, or customers. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to make at least 175+ calls daily. This is a results-driven role that requires persistence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 175+ outbound calls per day to prospects, leads, or candidates

Follow a structured script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone

Document call outcomes and update CRM or tracking sheets

Handle objections and provide necessary information confidently

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments as needed

Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions

Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in outbound calling, telemarketing, recruitment, or sales

Skills: Strong verbal communication, resilience, and ability to handle rejections

Technical Requirements: Stable internet, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet work environment
