ABOUT THE ROLE
Bytagig is a US-based Managed IT Services company serving professional services businesses across Oregon and Idaho.
We are hiring one sharp, confident, and English-fluent Business Development Representative (BDR) to book qualified sales appointments for our Account Executive team.
This is a performance-based role. You will receive a monthly retainer plus bonuses for qualified appointments that attend scheduled meetings.
If you are comfortable speaking with US business owners, can handle objections naturally, and enjoy outbound calling, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Make 60–80 outbound cold calls per day to US business owners and decision-makers
Follow a proven cold call script (provided)
Handle objections confidently and naturally
Log all call outcomes in HubSpot CRM (training provided)
Confirm and remind prospects before appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records
Send daily reports including:
Dials
Connects
Conversations
Booked appointments



REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Neutral or American-influenced English accent
Must sound natural and conversational with US business owners
Minimum 1 year outbound BPO or B2B cold calling experience
Strong phone confidence (not robotic or overly scripted)
Reliable internet (25 Mbps or higher)
Professional headset
Quiet working environment
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
Comfortable reporting via Google Sheets


NICE TO HAVE

Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or B2B services
HubSpot or CRM pipeline experience
Experience handling objections such as:
“We already have IT support”
“Send me an email
“Now is not a good time”



COMPENSATION

Monthly Retainer: $300–$400 USD (based on experience)
Appointment Bonus: $35 USD per qualified appointment that shows up
Volume Bonus: $150 USD if 8+ appointments are booked per month
Expected Monthly Earnings: $650–$950+ USD
Payment Method: Wise (TransferWise)
Payment Schedule: Monthly


WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT
An appointment is ONLY paid if ALL conditions are met:

Decision-maker confirmed (Owner, CEO, COO, or IT Manager)
Company size is 10–200 employees
Company currently uses some form of IT support
Prospect expresses a real IT challenge or pain point
Prospect shows up to the scheduled meeting
No-show appointments are NOT paid.
