We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound B2B Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in generating high-quality leads and booking meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach campaigns targeting DTC brands, influencer-brand collaborations, and potential clients for our cleaning robotics division.
- Leverage tools like Apollo, Instantly.ai, and other outbound platforms to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Build and manage prospect lists, ensuring the quality and relevance of leads.
Initiate conversations and secure responses from potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to book meetings with high-potential prospects.
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and outcomes in our CRM.
- Continuously optimize outbound strategies to improve response and appointment rates.

Required Experience:
- 2+ years of outbound lead generation experience.
- Proven success with tools like Apollo, Instantly.ai, and other outreach platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft compelling messages that drive
engagement.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
