We're hiring a Recruitment Outbound Caller to reach out to candidates, pre-screen them, and book confirmed interviews for our U.S.-based insurance district.
This is a phone-focused role. If you're confident on calls, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by booking appointments, you'll do well here.
Compensation & Details
• Base Pay: $1,000/month
• Performance Bonus (details shared during onboarding)
• Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Type: Full-time, long-term
• Commitment: No other active jobs
What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls to candidates daily
• Pre-screen applicants and assess interest and availability
• Book and confirm interview appointments
• Follow up to reduce no-shows
• Keep candidate notes and status updated
Requirements
1. Strong experience in cold calling or appointment setting
2. Clear, confident English communication
3. Comfortable handling high call volume
4. Organized with follow-ups and tracking
5. Able to work independently and hit booking targets
6. Recruitment experience is a plus, but strong phone skills are required
7. Near-native English speaking skills — please don't apply if you can't speak English well; this is our most critical requirement
