We're hiring an appointment setter to join one of the fastest growing LinkedIn growth operations in the B2B space.

About us

ContentSmash helps tech, AI and B2B SaaS founders build inbound pipeline through LinkedIn personal brand and cold outreach systems. 150+ active clients, 4,500+ inbound leads generated, founders scaling from 0 to 7 figures with us.

You'd be working directly with the team behind it.

What you'll do

Book qualified strategy calls onto our sales team's calendars. Cold and warm. LinkedIn DMs, email, light WhatsApp where relevant. You'll work cold prospecting, warm replies and existing pipeline.

You'll have systems, scripts, frameworks and a closing team that converts. Your job is to keep the calendar full.

Who we want

Native or near-native English. Hungry, fast, coachable. Comfortable on LinkedIn and email all day. Must know how to use AI. Bonus if you've set for a high ticket B2B offer before.

The package

OTE $1k-$3k+ per month (base + performance). Top performers earn well above that. Genuine path to grow with us as we scale.
