Responsibilities:
Financial & Insurance Management: Maintain accurate records, run financial reports, process insurance claims, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Billing & Collections: Prepare and post patient contracts, monitor delinquent accounts, handle collections, and process payments/refunds.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Run and review statistical reports, track production/adjustments, reconcile deposits, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Administrative Support: Maintain month-end statistics, assist with bookkeeping, and coordinate with the Treatment Coordinator.
Qualifications:
2 years of education in accounting/bookkeeping or 5 years of relevant experience.
