JOB OVERVIEW

We are a thriving e-commerce company specializing in industrial heavy machinery and automotive parts. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to ensure that all customer orders are handled efficiently and accurately. If you enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, this role is perfect for you!

What will your day look like?
- Accurately process incoming customer orders and ensure they are submitted to suppliers for fulfillment.
- Verify order details such as product availability, customer information, and shipping addresses before confirming orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any order-related issues.
- Track orders and provide customers with updates, including tracking information and delivery estimates.
- Assist in resolving any customer issues related to orders, such as missing items or delayed shipments.
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in our system to ensure efficient operations.
- Proactively identify potential issues in the order process and work with the team to develop solutions.
- Report trends in order volumes or issues and recommend process improvements where applicable.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or others.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in dropshipping or similar fulfillment models.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation) and order management tools.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for order tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable with troubleshooting order issues and providing quick resolutions.
