Order Desk Representative

Bar-Tech Enterprises Ltd. is looking for an Order Desk Representative to join our team.

We are an industrial distributor supplying cutting tools, tooling, abrasives, workholding, saw blades, lubricants, coolants, and other products to manufacturing customers across Ontario.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and emails
* Enter customer orders and quotes
* Provide pricing, stock checks, and delivery updates
* Assist customers with product inquiries
* Work with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times
* Support outside sales representatives with quotes and customer follow-ups
* Help resolve order issues, backorders, and customer concerns
* Maintain accurate customer and order information in our system

Requirements

* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and email
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Experience in industrial supplies, cutting tools, or manufacturing is an asset, but not required
