We are a growing company dedicated to delivering top-notch services and support. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Operator & Administrative Assistant to help streamline our administrative processes and manage virtual communication efficiently.

- Full Time Position
- Salary: Starts at $480 per month (Dependent on your experience)
- Job Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST

Job Description:
The Virtual Operator & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks while answering multiple phone lines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to handling day-to-day responsibilities and ability to speak in a clear and professional manner. A professional appearance is a must when meeting with our agents virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Operator Duties:
- Manage Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Call Routing: Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, ensuring efficient and accurate call handling.
- Message Management: Record and relay messages accurately, maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing questions, concerns, and requests as needed as well as over Zoom or Google Meet.

Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management and organization.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records in various systems, including CRM and other databases.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Email Management: Manage and organize email correspondence, including drafting responses and prioritizing communications.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with event setup, making calls, managing RSVP's and sending out event notifications.
- Monitoring daily training.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual operator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., VoIP, video conferencing) and office software (e.g.Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
-Experience with moderate volume of inbound and outbound calls
