Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations/Admin Assistant to support quoting, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in admin or operations roles, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in tools like Go High Level (GHL), Jobber, Xero, and Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare quoting proposals and manage lead automation in GHL
-Assist with scheduling tasks via Jobber
-Collate reports, timesheets, and financial data in Excel & Xero
-Manage
-Identify and implement workflow improvements
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of admin/operations experience
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Experience with GHL, Jobber, Canva, Xero, Excel
-Home services industry experience is a plus
-Ability to work independently and problem-solve
